User Rewards Program Terms

1. Program Overview

1.1 knotiu.com (operated by The Knoti Group Pty Ltd (ACN 694 837 968), referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") operates a User Rewards Program (the "Program") under which users may be awarded virtual "Reward Tokens" based on their activity on the Platform.

1.2 By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Nature of Reward Tokens

2.1 Reward Tokens are virtual tokens awarded by the Platform at its sole discretion. Reward Tokens cannot be purchased with real money, hold no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash.

2.2 Reward Tokens are not a currency, financial product, or investment instrument.

3. Earning and Using Reward Tokens

3.1 Reward Tokens can only be earned through activities specified by the Platform (e.g., posting, engagement). The Platform reserves the right to modify or terminate any Reward Token-earning activity without prior notice.

3.2 The Platform may facilitate opportunities where participating third-party merchants ("Merchants") allow you to redeem Reward Tokens for specific goods, services, or discounts offered by that Merchant, subject to the Merchant's own terms and conditions.

3.3 The Platform does not endorse, guarantee, or assume any liability for any goods or services provided by Merchants. Any transaction between you and a Merchant is solely your responsibility, and the Platform is not a party to such transactions.

4. User Responsibilities & Limitations

4.1 You must not sell, transfer (except as permitted within your account), trade, or otherwise attempt to monetize Reward Tokens.

4.2 You must not use Reward Tokens for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of terrorism.

4.3 Any abuse of the Program or violation of these Terms may result in suspension of your account, forfeiture of Reward Tokens, and potential legal action by the Platform.

5. Platform Rights

5.1 The Platform reserves the right, without liability, to:

a) Change the value of Reward Tokens, the methods of earning or redeeming them, or terminate the Program at any time;

b) Impose an expiry date on Reward Tokens;

c) Limit, suspend, or terminate any user's participation in the Program.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 The Program is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, value, or any goods or services obtained through Reward Token redemption.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
